Each individual possesses unique strengths, and only by enhancing them is it possible to interpret change, overcome market challenges and achieve high performance. These reflections, in collaboration with Valore D, have led to the desire to build an e-learning path that allows everyone to become aware of the biases that reside in them at an unconscious level and reflect on the unconscious prejudices that hinder the emergence of talent.
