We believe that, if properly valued, diversity can become a valuable resource for Nhood: this is why it is appropriate to recognise and release the preconceived notions that dwell unconsciously in each of us. Each individual possesses unique strengths, and only by enhancing them is it possible to interpret change, overcome market challenges and achieve high performance. Diversity is a value that generates innovation and makes a company more competitive.
These reflections, in collaboration with Valore D, have led to the desire to build an e-learning path that allows everyone to become aware of the biases that reside in them at an unconscious level and reflect on the unconscious prejudices that hinder the emergence of talent. The course, structured into modules, encourages active participation and offers the possibility to examine concrete cases of unconscious bias, from the perspective of both parties, in business contexts.
