Milanord2
Right outside the city of Milan, in an area which extends for over 200,000 sqm, the Milanord2 project takes shape and gives shape to a new urban ecosystem: a unique and spectacular architectural concept with over 60,000 sqm of areas dedicated exclusively to leisure, innovation and technology, 100,000 sqm for retail offerings and 10,000 sqm for food & beverage. The distinctive element of Milanord2 will be Sky Plaza, an area of 41,000 sqm entirely dedicated to recreational activities and outdoor entertainment, the stage for games, sports, digital, artistic and cultural events. Sky Plaza will be a world completely to be discovered and experienced, at every age and at every time of the year, and this will make Milanord2 the ideal destination for families and a point of reference for young people. Milanord2 will be the most important interchange Hub in north-east Milan: the project includes unique accessibility, both for the various routes that surround it and for the specific public transport network that will serve it directly. It will also be possible to reach Milanord2 through a system of “soft mobility” characterised by a bicycle and pedestrian path that will connect it to the city and to a large bike-station. The project is developed to be very environmentally-friendly: adopting the most innovative green solutions and producing energy from renewable sources thanks to the installation of a photovoltaic panel cover that will extend over a surface of over 50,000 sqm.
Chiaravalle
Chiaravalle co-housing is the new residential project that will be established in the south of Milan, near the abbey of Chiaravalle. A work of urban redevelopment that brings new life to an ancient 17th century farmhouse surrounded by more than 25,000 sqm of green spaces. The project, in collaboration with a partner specialised in the design of residential properties, includes the construction of 5 buildings and 300 sqm of shared spaces.
Polo dello sport
A mixed-use project for the city of Cuneo. With an investment of over 60 million euro, here will born the new sport concept: a multifunctional and experiential centre for indoor and outdoor sport.Managed by highly qualified personnel, the site will be at the service of the city of Cuneo and its citizens to enhance the historical attention to the world of sport and make it a centre of excellence ready to welcome national federations, events of Olympic and Paralympic calibre, for amateurs, professionals and students, even in the medical-nutritional field, as well as for fans and tourists, with international recognition. This experiential and inclusive place will feature an innovative, sustainable concept filled with green spaces.
Loreto Open Community
A maggio 2021 il team guidato da Nhood ha vinto il bando internazionale lanciato dal Comune di Milano C40 Reinventing Cities per la riqualificazione urbana di Piazzale Loreto a Milano, con il progetto “LOC – Loreto Open Community”.
Questo progetto di trasformazione urbana e rigenerazione sociale è unico in Europa e rappresenta l’attitudine di Nhood nel collaborare con il pubblico per restituire alle città spazi urbani sostenibili, ricchi di verde, cultura, servizi e benessere.
In qualità di capo-cordata di un team di professionisti, Nhood si è assunta la responsabilità di traghettare questo simbolo di Milano nel futuro.
La sfida è restituire ai cittadini un luogo, oggi snodo di traffico congestionato; trasformare l’attuale Piazzale – storico e centrale nodo del traffico milanese – in un luogo pubblico accogliente, inclusivo, smart e sostenibile, ricco di servizi, retail e F&B, in cui trovare anche eventi e attività temporanee e renderlo una nuova destinazione da vivere nel cuore di Milano, generando un ritorno economico-sociale a beneficio dell’intera collettività.
Progettato con un approccio integrato che coinvolge le comunità locali, risponde al tema della Resilienza e dell’adattamento climatico in linea con gli obiettivi dell’Agenda ONU 2030.
Piazza Loreto è il primo esempio di rigenerazione di una piazza esistente nel cuore di una città, realizzata dalla partnership tra attori pubblici e privati.
Sarà un hub con alberi ad alto fusto e aree verdi in grado di mitigare l’effetto isola di calore e assorbire CO2.
Progettato in BIM, sarà certificato LEED e GBC.
LE FASI DI PROGETTO
Il processo di rigenerazione urbana LOC – Loreto Open Community prevede 4 fasi:
1. Ascolto del territorio e conseguente costruzione del progetto di rigenerazione urbana con un team di esperti
2. Apertura dello spazio LOC 2026, uno spazio che si apre alla comunità per raccontare il progetto e le sue evoluzioni, e dialogare con i cittadini per informarli e progettare con loro l’utilizzo degli spazi pubblici, con un palinsesto di attività e laboratori
3. Inizio del Cantiere: un cantiere aperto e partecipato dove imparare e conoscere le trasformazioni della piazza
4. Inaugurazione e gestione della nuova piazza
Merlata Bloom Milano
È il più grande mall mai realizzato entro i confini di Milano. Sorgerà nella zona nord ovest di Milano, nel primo smart Urban District della capitale della moda e nell’area a destinazione mista più evoluta della città. Un luogo smart e innovativo che unirà tecnologia e sostenibilità, intrattenimento e servizi, vita quotidiana e commercio. 70.000 mq che offriranno un mix irripetibile di brand inediti e store sperimentali.
